1. Arrival

• Vendors must arrive by 7:00 AM to setup should be completed by 8:00 AM

• Please unload your car in the designated unloading zone (TBD). Once you unload, we ask that you move your car to make space for other vendors and drop-offs.

• Upon arrival, please check-in to receive a wristband, your assigned space, and any final set-up instructions.

2. Supplies & Setup

• Each vendor will be allocated an 8 ft x 6 ft space inside the Oak Park Community Center.

• One 8-foot table and two chairs will be provided. Please bring any additional chairs you may need.

• Tablecloths and holiday décor are highly encouraged to amplify our festive activation.

• Tabletop banners are preferred; although, standing banners are welcome if they are self-supported. Banners should not be attached to walls or other surfaces.

• Please bring any setup supplies you may need (e.g., tape, scissors, etc.).

• Power outlets will not be available for vendor use, as they will be occupied by event operations.

 

3. Resources & Materials

• All materials, signage, and conversations should remain non-political and non-religious, and should contain information that is inclusive and family-friendly.

4. Food & Sweets

• If offering snacks or treats, please ensure no peanuts or peanut-based products are included due to allergy concerns.

 

5. Event Breakdown

• Breakdown begins after the event concludes at 11:45 AM, unless otherwise directed by event coordinators.

• Please dispose of any trash before departing, and return the borrowed table and chairs.
